    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

For some reason, the physics department at UH is not very helpful and the professors aren't easy. A lot of math is involved and the lessons move too fast.

    Course highlights:

You can attend recitation once a week. If you score below a 70 for the intro test, its required and a part of participation. The recitation includes work problems to help students understand the week's lectures. Homework is helpful for your grade but very tough and time consuming.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to recitation even if its not required! The TA's are there to help.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is super funny and he makes class interesting. But I ended up skipping a lot because he rarely does the clickers. Homework are due every Sunday and they're on Mastering Physics

    Course highlights:

I would just practice his questions and read the book. This class is pretty much self-taught like every other science class. There is so much info that he does not have time to cover it in class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and practice old tests! You will very likely see the same questions on the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend it because it is a very straightforward class. Professor is very lenient.

    Course highlights:

A lot of the physics topics sticks with one throughout the course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be willing to put in time. And be ready to study.
