Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You can achieve a good grade in this course if you pay attention in lectures and do all the assignments.

    Course highlights:

There is no such thing as slacking in this course. There are assignments in the class that sometimes had 3 assignments due in one day. But you are given time to do them so it all just depends on how much you want to procrastinate to get it done.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a self teaching course, so you have to be sure to study and do the homework assignments. Whenever I took the course it was required to do the homework but there was different people who took this course that it was not required. DO THE HOMEWORK. You will be lost when you're in lecture learning something that you should already know. Plus it only helps you in the long run because it is more practice for you before taking the quizzes and exams. You cannot slack off in this class if you want to pass. Take advantage of extra credit opportunities (yes there was extra credit which is rare in any course) and always do them. Man will that help you. Lubbe was very nice and was always willing to help if you needed some. Overall the course was no too terrible but fair warning that this class is stats which is not math. Its math with a bunch of other stuff added. Hope this helps and you survive stats! If I can do it you most certainly can too.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Lubbe is a fair and great teacher. She gives students ample opportunity to succeed with lab time, tutoring and extra credit assignments. SHe genuinely cares about the success of her students and is always there for them,

    Course highlights:

Due to her great lectures and videos, I understand statitstics, which is a first for me.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with your work and log those lab hours.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend taking this course online like I did unless you have recently taken a similar course. I had never taken a statistics course at all and found trying to grasp the concepts very difficult.

    Course highlights:

Nursing degrees require statistics to help prepare you for doing research. I learned the difference between a study that was statistically significant versus one that was not. Before this course, I didn't understand what that meant.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would take this course in an actual classroom if at all possible. It's very hard having to wait for responses to questions when you take it in an online format. I was very frustrated with this class because of that. Statistics for me was a hard concept to grasp.
