    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it will give you a very broad knowledge on how reinforced concrete really works. It will probably be your first design course, so you will have an idea on how to design structures.

    Course highlights:

Our first topic was load combinations, then how to calculate the stresses and moments for both ultimate and nominal, then how to design reinforced beams for tension controlled, then coulums and one way slabs.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To know how to use the ACI codes and the bar sizes for the reinforcing steels.
