I highly recommend especially to women because it is important to know components to our physical, emotional, and mental health.
One important thing that I learned is that heart disease is the leading cause of death among women , and if we focused more on a healthier diet, exercise and building healthy relationships we can reduce the number of deaths by heart disease.

I advise to attend lectures because some of the information you are graded on comes from discussions during lectures and if you do not attend you will not know the information discussed.
