    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

definitely do not take her, she makes everything way too complicated and about herself half of the time!

    Course highlights:

learned nothing from her she reads straight from slides its ridiculous

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

class is harder then it is meant to be, take a diff professor or if you have to take this one then be very thorough about study habits

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class will help you find your skills as well as fine tune the ones that you already have. It teaches you about diversity in the workplace and how to handle different situations correctly. It helps form a leader or manager mentality as well as viewing the criteria of every different level of employment in an organization.

    Course highlights:

My course is a part of the Goolsby Leadership Academy, so it taught us how to become great leaders and embracing diversity in all aspects of life. We discussed emotional competence and management as well as workplace values and ethics.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If considering taking this course through the Goolsby Leadership Academy, I definitely advise that you have good time-management skills, especially if you have extracurricular activities and/or a job.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because Dr. Baldwin is a jack of all trades, The has a lot of experience in the subject she teaches and a lot of passion. She does speak fast and you must take notes to pass the class, but over all you come away from the class learning a lot.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Baldwin was very energetic for her age. She is a pleasure to watch lecture because of her stories and mannerisms. I have learned more about the organizational behavior of people, organizations and society as a whole.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and attend class! with perfect attendance she rewards you an extra 2 points to your overall grade.
