    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to students who are serious about becoming an English major or who love reading past the words for underlying meaning. That's the main point of this course is to understand early writing and dissect it.

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned how to read on a higher level, and not just reading the words on the page but actually seeing the deeper meaning. I learned a lot about the history behind authors as well as slavery.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

READ READ READ! Get into the material it's actually very interesting. Ask questions that he would typically ask in the exam to be prepared. Go to EVERY class and take notes.
