    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend Professor Gonzales. He is fair and his course follows the syllabus exactly. He knows the material well. He has lots of information to teach you that prepares you for the career.

    Course highlights:

    How to do a full assessment and diagnose a patient by doing case studies. This course tied everything togehter.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    REad the material, listen to the lectures. Use the Khan academy ap on my phone.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Advanced Pathophysiology is a very challenging course, but it has also been very rewarding. I have grown as a nurse and I feel much more equipped to care for my patients with the knowledge and understanding I have gained through advanced pathophysiology. The course has inspired me and it has given me reassurance that I am in a field that I love. The human body is amazing and learning about it on a cellular level is simply extraordinary.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight for advanced pathophysiology is feeling like you are able to diagnose and effectively solve patient’s medical mysteries. I know the human body on a cellular level and I feel very comfortable with how each disease process affects and ties into another disease.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    If you take advanced pathophysiology be prepared to spend 20 + hours a week on school work in order to be successful and truly learn the information you are asked to conquer.
