    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    ENGR 1300 is a good and mandatory introductory course to . Be prepared to do ALOT of math from the moment you walk in.

    Course highlights:

    Besides a touch up on my math skills, You really learn how to buckle down and get to work. The class isn't easy and it won't help you to find the shortcuts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    IF YOU NEED TUTORING GO TO TUTORING! Study groups help also but the TA's that are in class with you are the one's helping you in the tutoring sessions and most of them are pretty good at explaining hard concepts that you might not have gotten in class.

    Course Overview:

    This source takes aspects of various courses and combines them into one course to give the average engineer a taste of what is to come in terms of coursework.

    Course highlights:

    The Highlights would have to be the MATLAB coding as it is easy yet prepares you for harder, more complex languages such as C, C++.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do homework as soon as it is assigned

    i would advise this course to all engineering students because it helps your problem solving abilities

    i learn how to deal with all problems and how to be an ethical engineer
