    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course to anybody interested in architecture, art, or urban planning. This course goes in depth over everything that architecture or is related to it. It teaches students about famous architects, artists, buildings, and arts such as sculptures, paintings, or drawings. After the midterm, the professor will invite people to give a lecture from their experiences which are pretty interesting.

    Course highlights:

This course has really taught me to see buildings or places differently and appreciate them more. I've also learned how space affects humans. For example, a person will feel a lot different walking in the park on a sunny day with nature surrounding them than someone walking on a sidewalk next to a highway.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The best way to be successful in this class is to write down or draw something for every slide from the lectures. Make sure to do the readings, but don't worry about taking notes or remembering all of it. Memorize the name of the most famous buildings and their architects.
