Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was an awesome course! It was basically psychology but from a business and workforce perspective. Professor Ritchey was so knowledgeable on all of the material and he had a genuine interest in the course.

    Course highlights:

The highlights in this course were the books that we read! They applied so much to my life, especially as a manager and you begin to have a different understanding and respect for your co-workers and managers. The books were called "Primal Leadership" and "The 7 Hidden Reasons Employees Leave"

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this course, you need to take good notes and be a good listener. He does provide notes that you can print off but some of the material he discusses isn't in the notes. Also, be able to apply the concepts in real world scenarios.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was focused on how to target your strengths and weaknesses to be able to lead and grow as a person in a business setting. Many personality tests were taken and the group project was finding a business with an issue, and being a free consultant for the business and fixing the issue or coming up wth a viable idea to do so. Professor Hicks was entertaining and realistic.

    Course highlights:

I learned what my personality type is and what I have to work and focus on.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice your writing skills because the tests are one-paragraph essays. Pay attention because what you're learning isn't textbook taught and you'll actually learn pertinent things.
