    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is the class that inspired me to take the route of law school after completing my bachelors in accounting, Polze is by far the most captivating professor I've ever taken a class with, each lecture was intriguing and he always managed to simply explain complex legal terms in a very simple manner. I'd recommend this course to regardless of their major.

    Course highlights:

Professor Polze made each lecture a highlight, using stories of his family or creating random entertaining scenarios to explain the complexity behind legal terms in a simple fashion. A significant highlight I remember of his class was how full it was throughout the whole semester, instead of students skipping in the middle of a semester his class remained lively and full throughout the semester

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

While this class was an amazing it was not an easy grade and the course material was certainly challenging, I would advise creating study groups and utilizing Polzes office hours to seek clarification, he loves seeing when students participate and give effort. Actively read ahead so when lecture comes the information doesn't go over your head, use the practice tests and quizzes on the online textbook as a way to study throughout the semester

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course interested me because it was all about real world scenarios. Professor Solcher did a great job explaining the importance of law not only in everyday life but also the role of law in the realm of businesses and employment. Very useful course that made me think deeper than the everyday lawsuit.

    Course highlights:

Negligence, property law, anti-discrimination laws in the workplace.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend every class. Ask questions. The prof is friendly and you will get a lot out of the course.
