    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

A little on the dry side, with mandatory attendance. He gives you the material needed to make an A.

    Course highlights:

Class does not have a standard textbook, but has 2 or more novels that are required material. The books are quite interesting and honestly have stuff you can apply in real situations. I recommend taking the novels to class and reading them during lecture, since the class is dry.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Attendance is a huge factor for the course. This is one class were skipping a class will come with regrets.

    Course Overview:

It was pretty straight forward and very easy. Dr. Ritchey is a sweetheart.

    Course highlights:

Honestly, the fact that you didn't have to devote much time to it. Many of the theories are taught in other classes and his tests are easy.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Easy A. Read his notes and do the essays.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was an awesome course! It was basically psychology but from a business and workforce perspective. Professor Ritchey was so knowledgeable on all of the material and he had a genuine interest in the course.

    Course highlights:

The highlights in this course were the books that we read! They applied so much to my life, especially as a manager and you begin to have a different understanding and respect for your co-workers and managers. The books were called "Primal Leadership" and "The 7 Hidden Reasons Employees Leave"

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this course, you need to take good notes and be a good listener. He does provide notes that you can print off but some of the material he discusses isn't in the notes. Also, be able to apply the concepts in real world scenarios.
