    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Hasenhutti, loves teaching the class. She HAS NO TEST! You are graded by being an adult and doing take home quizzes from the chapter readings. There are two small half page journals and two group projects. IF YOU SHOW UP TO CLASS AND DO THE WORK YOU WILL GET FULL CREDIT.

    Course highlights:

I learned about how job design, reward systems, and ways to motivate your employees and co-workers. I learned how to work better in a team and with autonomy through self-leadership principles. I found this course to be not only exciting but helpful in my career in the management of people.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

There isn't a better teacher for OB6301! Shes the best and a little goofy but a great education. If you follow her syllabus and learn you will enjoy the A that comes with it. Remember, you need to be able to apply these principles when you graduate.
