Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Ingrao's class is fun and great to be a part of. Humanities might sound uninteresting to some, but he gets us to study and be engaged in class by letting us study superheroes this semester. We'll be watching movies which include the Nolan trilogy and the Avengers. Moreover, we learn the theory behind what defines a superhero, the reason behind their missions etcetera.

    Course highlights:

Although I'm a dedicated fan when it comes to comic books and comic film adaptations, I was able to gain more insight into the characters. The class discussions are always great and I'm always able to leave class knowing more about the heroes I grew up reading.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Follow his learning modules on the eLearning website and use that as a guide for your reading assignments.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for anyone who wants a fresh take on life and learn about humans as individuals and as a population. If there is ever a course that you will remember and a professor who you won’t forget, it’s Humanities 1301 with Dr. McCullough.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights included being able to watch new movies and read interesting novels each week. After completing a film or novel, we had class discussions which were very informative and entertaining.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The only tools you need to succeed in this course is to complete the assignments that are assigned each class and turn in the writings that are required of you on time. The homework assignments are usually readings and the writings are response papers to the assignments you are assigned. None of these take too much time and are easy to complete.
