Pretty easy, overall.
Spreadsheet Modeling course content is very basic and simple. It can be learned using free online materials rather than by paying $4k. But when students have so many things in to-do list, self-learning goals apart from coursework is not easy to achieve. That is the reason I enrolled for this course. First half of the syllabus is least important - things like how to create shortcut to excel, how many rows are there in excel sheet, so on. Second half introduces pivot tables, finance functions, macros. It was just an introduction and not extensive. I wish I had taken time to glance through the syllabus and learn things online, rather than taking this course.
Very very basic knowledge like - Creating shortcut to excel, number of rows and columns, ribbons, menu, introduction to macros, data modeling, pivot table, finance functions.

Advice for students:
I can say that This course is not really a value add and one can save bucks and take a more helpful course instead. But if one needs a filler course, then this one makes up for it. Do remember that the Professor is stringent with regard to attendance, usage of phone in class. There are 5 quiz, 2 exams, 3 HW, 2 assignments. So it's a lot of work for a simple course.
