If you have to sustain yourself in this professional world, you should have an idea about "how to sell.", and with the term I mean how to sell your skills or your product. The coursework gives knowledge of marketing ifs and don'ts and helps a person who is preparing to join a firm with the approach of business development and management to have better understating on how he should focus his skills on.
The coursework helped me understand marketing management methods, principles and concepts including product, pricing, promotion and distribution decisions as well as segmentation, targeting and positioning.

Don't miss any lecture and take notes and most of the exam question are based on his class discussions. His case studies are really interesting so try to spend some good amount of time with them as they will help you build you marketing concepts.
