Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor was very helpful and treated each class specifically the way that she saw them inproving most productively. She allowed each class to progress at their own pace to ensure that everyone was understanding the criteria. Also, it is pretty interesting and eye opening to learn about intercultural communication.

    Course highlights:

Well she brought us donuts one time! But beyond that, I enjoyed the interviews with the international students where we interviewed students from other countries then wrote a paper on the experience; and the picture project where we went around and took pictures of things that could create cultural barriers then presented our findings to the class. I learned how easy it is to become intolerant to new cultures and experiences, and how to overcome and avoid intolerance.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and turn in the work. She will work with you and help you succeed if you do what you're supposed to. The work isn't too difficult, you just have to remember to do it. Good luck!
