Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was so amazing!!! Professor Hopkin is possibly the best professor I have ever had! New Testament was a blast with Hopkin. He is so enthusiastic about the subject and he makes the material so clear. He gives you great background history from both LDS and non LDS perspectives while making the class both spiritual and informative. He really gets into the subject matter and he has a specific class outline of what he wants to cover during the class period but he is always open to having a discussion and answering any questions the students have.

    Course highlights:

I would say a highlight of this course was one of the lectures on temples and Christ cleansing the temple. He was very specific about ancient tradition and after taking this class when I went to the Provo City Center Temple dedication it was so much more meaningful to me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be scared to ask questions. Brother Hopkin is always open to listening and answering everything to the best of his ability. Also always have a working computer because his powerpoints are SUPER helpful when studying.

    Course highlights:

The open discussions at the beginning of class. I can't even write everything I learned.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not get behind in the reading that is assigned.
