I would recommend this course for kids to take because it teaches the basics of everyday health. It's important for kids to learn about mental, social, and physical health. Kids need to know basic relationship building blocks, basic healthy eating habits, and what it means to have good mental health.
The highlights of this course for me was learning about mental health. I really liked that it talked about self-esteem. Self-esteem is so important for kids to have while growing up in their early stages.

Read the lessons that are given to you, if you actually read you're going to get an A on every test! The lessons are really interesting.
