    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is fast-paced, intellectually fascinating, and inspiring. If you practice, practice, and practice the chemical structures that Dr. Wood explains to you, you will be prepared for his test.

    Course highlights:

    How bio chemical structures are integral to solving medical problems; and I received the inspiration to relate my work to meaningful satisfaction in life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Get ready to work hard and work a lot. THere is a lot of work, but it is not busy work.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Dr. Wood is a very passionate and experienced professor. He cares about his students and wants them to learn the material, even though biochemistry is tough!

    Course highlights:

    I loved learning about biochemical pathways. Dr. Wood goes deep into the enzymes, molecules, and connections within the system.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Get a study group and hammer out the homework. Spend time memorizing each pathway that he emphasizes.
