    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is one of the hardest classes I have ever taken! It was very challenging but I learned so much in such a short period of time. You are not able to go into a lot of detail but you cover things like physics, chemistry, geology and astronomy. Although this is a difficult class I think it is a good one to give you an understand of how things work so that it can be applied in other sciences.

    Course highlights:

I loved the set up of the class and how structured it was. For example we must read the chapter and take a short quiz each day before attending the class. There are a few lab assignments due each week, but other than that there is nothing. The day that the test opens, there is never class so that you have extra time to study, and there are always reviews held by the TA's. Although this class is hard I would strongly suggest it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be persistent in you studying. Don't fall behind in the chapters readings and make sure you understand all of the diagrams and pictures that they give in the book because they will most likely be presented in some form on the tests.
