    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It provides great insight into how you can better fulfill your role in a workplace. It doesn't matter what field of work you have chosen.

    Course highlights:

A main highlight for me was when I took a personality style assessment and then wrote a short essay on what I learned. I realized exactly what I talked about in my essay for this scholarship. I am an extrovert and will do well to avoid office positions that lack human interaction because that is where I derive my energy from.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The main thing that students need to remember is to prepare early for exams. I finally figured out a system that worked well for me. There is a weekly chapter of reading and then quiz at the end of the week. At first I would skim it and do the quiz. I soon realized that I can create flashcards as I read the chapter. This made it so that not only did my weekly quiz scores improve but it made it really easy to start studying ahead of time for the midterms and final. The flashcards were already done.
