Not too easy. Not too difficult.

I highly recommend this class. Professor Swenson is a amazing professor. He spends time and gathers the best ways to make his lectures enjoyable. You also learn valuable business skills that you can use in your professional career.

    Course highlights:

The videos are a great source of teaching. You learn about branding and how important to promote the brand. You will love his sense of humor and his energy. One of my favorite professors!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You must do the reading! It is so important for you to do the reading. You will not pass the class without spending time reading and learning the material in the course packet. Make friends in this class to have a study group!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Prof Swenson is fantastic! He's an incredible lecturer and uses many visuals to help students apply course material! He keeps the content interesting and seems dedicated to helping each student do their best. Tests are challenging but definitely help you learn and apply the material in useful ways.

    Course highlights:

I gained a proficient ability to apply marketing principles to a variety of different positions I've held at work and outside of the college environment. I continue to remember and recognize marketing strategies and principles in my everyday life even now after three years. I'd say this course was by far one of the most enjoyable and relevant classes I've taken!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Use the TA's and study groups in order to do well. Homework isn't too demanding, so be sure to do more on your own outside of class to ensure that you're learning the course material sufficiently. The math and formula aspect of the class was the most challenging part of the course for me, but it's still doable.
