    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class should be taken by all students because it teaches life lessons that are applicable in any major. The title of the course is "Creating a Good Life" and emphasizes balance and well-being. In college, many people struggle to know what to major in and a constant focus is how to prepare for the future. This class addresses all those concerns and teaches the principles for living a happy life. The class also has a focus on planning events which is something that everyone will be involved in at some point in their life.

    Course highlights:

    The projects were very applicable and enjoyable. They all emphasize applying what you learn. I learned how to look at the positive each day and discover the things hat make me the happiest.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    There is a lot of reading, BUT the readings are very enjoyable. Stay on top of he reading and follow instructions exactly and you'll get a good grade. Be thorough when studying for tests.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I learned a great deal of aspects that bring life more meaning. The content is very relatable.

    Course highlights:

    One of the highlights was Hedonistic Treadmill Theory. You learn a great deal of why you are happy and why you are not happy. You learn material that you can apply to you life!

    Advice for students:

    If you show up to class, everything else is gravy. It one of my most enjoyable classes.

    Course Overview:

    This class was one of the greatest classes I have ever taken. I use the skills I learned in this class on a daily bases to improve my overall happiness and my families overall happiness.

    Course highlights:

    From this course I gained a basic knowledge of the importance of recreation and the fields that are associated with it. I gained a greater desire and knowledge of how to help others through recreation.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always do the readings before class and be willing to apply what you are learning to your daily routine.
