    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor is amazing, he works so hard to prepare his material and explain tough concepts in an understandable way. The professor is very approachable when students have a hard time. He also has the humility to accept when for example test questions aren't asked in the best way.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight of the course was watching the evolution of photosynthetic organisms into the large plants that we are accustomed to seeing. Another highlight for me has been seeing how extremely specialized organisms can get in order to best fill its niche. One thing about this course besides the material that I liked was seeing the professor as a great example of just a good kind person.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The tests have a lot of material, don't get behind you need to stay up. If at the end of the week you don't have a solid grasp of the concepts read over the weekend and go to lab with questions. If you wait until test time to try and get an understanding of the concepts you will not do as well.
