    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is an eye opener. The things that our brain does in order for us to function and live are beyond imagination. You have to take this class in order to fully comprehend and appreciate what your brain is doing every second of every day..

    Course highlights:

In this course you learn about the structure and functions of the neurons; how the senses sense; why we crave food, sex, sleep; the processes behind perceptions; and about mental disorders. The most interesting parts, at least for me, were those on perception, the senses and mental disorders.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This is an excellent course into neurobiology. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the material is fascinating. Chapter readings aren't bad, do them and the reading quizes are easy. Use the powerpoints from class to study for the tests.
