    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a wonderful course. It sparked even more interest in my desire to go into Speech Pathology. I left each class period feeling so excited to share with someone what I had learned that day. I couldn't wait to go back and learn more. We had fun projects where we spent time with children monitoring their speech. It was great hands-on experience, and a wonderful class setting.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about the way children acquire language. I felt the the course was well rounded and drew on different aspects of language development so every subject was touched on. What I learned prepared me for future similar courses I will take within the major.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't skip classes. Even though they are long and at the end of the day, the things you learn in class are important! Download the powerpoints and review them before and after class, and follow along during the lecture. Make sure you do the assigned readings, because a lot of the test questions come from the textbook.
