    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a very informative class that teaches you essential skills that will be required as a school psychologist. It is very hands-on and demanding, but it is so satisfying too complete. You feel like you have learned something that you will actually use in the real world.

    Course highlights:

The highlights would have to be learning how to administer different IQ assessments and then actually going out and practicing them. Practicing the assessments takes a long time, but it feels good to be acquiring skills that we will use in the future.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest mapping out your schedule from the beginning of when you will administer each assessment and allowing yourself time to complete the reports as well. You should also begin asking people if they would be willing to complete a practice IQ test with you early on so you have people ready and waiting. This course is very demanding on your time, so I would do my best to steadily work on assignments everyday.
