    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was hands down the most interesting class I have taken. You learn about your body and how it functions in depth. The professor was extremely knowledgeable and tried to connect with each student on a personal level to ensure we had a good understanding of the material.

    Course highlights:

I learned about multiple systems found within the body and how each system works. This included respiratory, cardiovascular, renal/endocrine, digestive and so much more. I learned that every function in your body serves a purpose, although some haven't been fully researched. I drew a large map of the body and made sure to connect the systems to one another. This helped to see where organs were located and helped me to memorize the responsibilities of each organ.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I drew a large map of the body and made sure to connect the systems to one another. This helped to see where organs were located and helped me to memorize the responsibilities of each organ. I didn't do this until I began preparing for my final, although I wish I would have started it long before because it proved to be a great tool for studying. I went from not really putting much effort into the class and getting only 55% on my first test to getting a 97% on my final. The key was investing more time into my studies.
