    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's an awesome class to discover what kind of teacher you want to be. It shows you how to become an awesome teacher, how to have good classroom management, understanding how you teach and so much more. This class was so much fun! It can be difficult at times, but overall it was such a fun class.

    Course highlights:

I learned why I want to become a teacher and what kind of teacher I want to be. At first, I wanted to be a teacher- to simply be a teacher, but taking this class, I LEARNED SO MUCH, and I learned ways to become a great teacher and how to teach in certain situations. This class taught me a lot about myself and how kids need to learn and why they learn better in certain ways. Also you actually go out into the field as a teacher! How cool! Our teacher made us go out and find internships and learn the different ways some teachers teach. We were in General Ed classes and then we transferred to Special Ed. How fun!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class with an open mind and open heart. Some things won't make sense. Some object lessons and power points will seem boring and dumb, but really, once I got sent out into my internship, I had to go back and remember those little notes throughout the power point on how to listen or take control of a class. They were simple things and at first and I didn't believe that they would work, but they did and I have grown so much as a teacher/student taking this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to everyone because it is a very thorough introduction to the field and allows students to gain a grasp of what is needed of them.

    Course highlights:

Two of the biggest highlights from this course was the ability to observe a teacher in their classroom and to create a lesson plan based on state standards to see what it was like to both. I learned from each differently, I learned from the observation just how to interact with and help educate students and from the lesson plan, I was able to see what would be required of me to get to the students and where I was able to take liberties and help my students learn at their own pace.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell them to take it. Take it as soon as possible, you will learn very quickly if education is the course for you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor teaches everything we need to know about education and he has a lot of passion for what he does. This course made me love education even more.

    Course highlights:

Most important thing I learned with this course was that education is definitely what I want to do for the rest of my life. I got experienced with an actual classroom in an elementary school and I loved that.

    Advice for students:

If you really want to take this class, you have to have some liking for education so you can enjoy this class.
