Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Really fun class good as a general credit and get you thinking of in different ways.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this class was being able to conduct a study on ourselves and apply the concepts that we learned like conditioning.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It may be a fun class but if you want a good grade you do need to study and do all the homework.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I found this course to be very interesting. The professor is very open to questions and goes out of his way to answer and provide accurate information. This course was very eye opening. I learned more about psychology in a way that I was able to understand.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course was making models of the brain with play-dough then teaching about what we had made. It was a very cool way to teach while still being very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! It isn't a very hard class, but you will still learn a lot about how and why we as humans do what we do. Even if you won't be using psychology in your career, you can use it in daily life. Very worth the time and effort.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Gregory is hands down the best professor/ teacher I have ever had! He wants students to learn and is willing to help yo get there. His class was tough but it was the effort that I put in and the success that I got out that made the class truly worth it. Dr. Gregory is young so he can relate more to the student body, yet he has had years of experience that create a unique and fresh way of teaching and learning.

    Course highlights:

I gained some very good study habits and above all note-taking skills. I divide my notes into three sections (kind of like Cornell notes) with one section being quick ideas or section titles, one being notes from the book, and the other being notes from class. This made it super easy to compare and compliment what the book said to what was said in class and also to create good study guides. I learned how to be very responsible for my actions and to reap rewards for taking time to really study and earn the material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go in expecting it to be difficult, yet worth it! Read and take notes on every assigned chapter and bring questions to class. Stay after if needed in order to understand the subject matter, as this will greatly help you on the test.
