Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a wonderful instructor; making each class fun. The class is always interacting with one another and with her which helps inspired me to learn. I very much enjoyed the positive atmosphere. Instead of dragging my feet to class, I came as an attentive student ready to learn, which I did of course.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me a lot of about external and internal factors dealing with sports, and even difficulties in our daily lives. What I enjoyed most about this class was that I can actually apply what I learned to situations outside of school. Yes, it is a sports psychology class, but the information I took from this course is valuable to me outside my field of study as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to attend class. She will provide the template for note but it is your responsibility to come to class and fill in the notes. She will not provide them so make some friends.
