Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is just an amazing woman who makes sure that the students know what they are doing, is not afraid to tell a student her opinion, and makes people aware of the situations that the University is in. For example why we can do certain projects and others have to be left for the 2010 class.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to better structure an essay as well as how to edit my papers, the different kids of editing/peer reviews to get to further increase my writing capabilities, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

WRITE YOUR PAPERS ON TIME AND BRING THEM TO CLASS TO GET PEER EDITED!!!!!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course truly did prepare me for the "horrors" of college writing. Going into college I had no idea that writing was going to be so difficult, because in high school I was great! But, going into this class it showed me how much I really needed to improve, It introduced me to new styles of writing and also different ways to compose my writing.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course to me were how professor Che truly cared about the way that we composed our writing, she never never let her students fail. And also the way that she let us write freely with not many restriction on what we could write our essays about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT PROCRASTINATE!! or else you will be left to do an 8 page in just 10 hours! (been there, done that, NEVER AGAIN)

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because the teacher was kind and willing to work with you on explaining things. Each assignment was fairly easy and usually prepared your or the next. Some down falls were that the teacher canceled class a lot and took a while to grade things, but overall it was a good class.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to summarize articles, how to write in APA format, and how we use literacy practices in our every day life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class! The more you attend class the easier it is to get things done, class discussions help you a lot so participate!
