    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's a fairly easy course with interesting subject matter. Perfect if you need to fill a science gen ed. The Field Trips were cool, and Loewen has a lot of great insight about Dinosaurs.

    Course highlights:

I learned about Dinosaur anatomy, the evolutionary advancement of Dinosaurs, evolution itself, Mesozoic ecosystems, plate tectonics, and how birds are Dinosaurs. The Field trips gave great insight by allowing you to see the remains we talk about in class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You should go to class everyday, so you don't miss notes or homework assignments. The study sessions before tests are valuable and really do help, and I highly recommend going to them. Taking notes during his lectures are not necessary but can be extremely helpful. Don't bother getting the texts for the class, all the information you need can be found from the in class notes and his lectures.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a great class! Although it isn't something that will help me in my profession, it allowed me to broaden my studies and to take a different look at science. It was fun learning about our dead friends and being able to understand their enviornments and behavior.

    Course highlights:

Higher respect for the study and exploration of dinosaurs and how they lived and died here on earth.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Have fun and pay attention. If you take the course seriously, you will learn a lot.
