    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because everyone should know how your body functions and how to eat appropriately in order to gain the most benefits from the food. Even if you think you already know everything there is to know, trust me, you will learn so much more. This information is highly relevant and Thunder Jalili does an outstanding job in making sure you understand the material and making the course engaging, active, and interesting.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was the vitamin and mineral section. I didn't have that much knowledge about going vitamins and minerals going into the class, but came out with a plethora of knowledge. I learned how vitamins and minerals are absorbs, stored, and dispersed. I learned that our bodies are fascinating beyond comprehension. They do the most insane things that seem almost impossible, but happen almost every day.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that the students stay on top of their online assignments and that they do the reading! It helps significantly when you go to class and you know what the professor is talking about. Furthermore, I would say that students should review their notes and ask questions! Ask questions, ask questions, ask questions. It is extremely beneficial to you.
