    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is an amazing class! I took it to fulfill a general education requirement, but it ended up being one of my favorites. Not only did I love the things I learned, but Professor Martinez was by far one of the best professors I have ever had. She is extremely passionate about the subject and she is an amazing lecturer. You will learn a lot if you take this class!

    Course highlights:

After taking this class, I learned a lot about society. I learned a lot about things like minority issues, life stages, gender issues, crime, and much more. One of my favorite things about this class was that Professor Martinez would use a lot of real life examples by showing us different media like music, movies, and television shows. These helped me make connections from the things we were learning in class to real life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes in class! They will be very helpful when it comes to the online exams. Make sure you attend the lectures and pay attention. If you do these things, you're almost guaranteed a good grade.
