    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is an introductory course in American government. Seems boring from the title, but ended up being one of my favorite courses of college.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was learning from a man so full of passion it was contagious. Dr. Lions is loud and opinionated but helped stretch me academically but also on my own personal views of government and policies. He would assign readings that would lead to fascinating lectures on the electoral college and electing a new president.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

DO THE READINGS! Not only are they fun and entertaining but they make for great discussions. Also, go to every SI session available. That is the only way I got and A in the class.
