Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it if it is for a major or minor or if you intend to travel a lot. It is great to practice Spanish and learn all about the history and culture of Spain but if you just want to learn or practice Spanish I would take a more grammar-based class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the class were all the cool things we learned about Spain. After taking the class you're going to want to go to Spain and see them for yourselves. The tests aren't that hard either.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take this class you're going to have a homework assignment due every class period and an in-class quiz every class. It isn't hard you just have to do the assigned readings beforehand. My advice would be to focus on the big picture things not the little details, because there is a lot you need to know but if you get dates and big things down you are able to use the readings during tests to fill in the gaps.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is very interesting material. I would be hesitant to recommend it because there is a lot of material, and if not presented in a clear way, it can be extremely confusing.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the history, but also the geography of Spain. I especially enjoyed learning about some of the culture and traditions they have.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study for the exams! You don't need to know everything, but it helps to take notes.
