Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved the way the professor taught and engaged the class. She was always happy to be there. I could tell she likes what she does so that has motivated me to try harder in her class and like what I am learning.

    Course highlights:

I have gained a better understanding of the basics of psychology. I was taught about developmental stages of the brain, hormones that cause the brain to act certain ways, tricks that your mind will play on you, and many others.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be willing to put forth some effort in the beginning to get all the experiments out of the way so you can focus on other assignments during the semester

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is comprehensive but a good introductory course for a freshman. There wasn't too much homework, but I had to read quite a bit outside of class in order to be prepared for the tests.

    Course highlights:

Explores basic areas of psychology, and how each explains human thought and behavior at the individual, familial, and cultural levels.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the reading outside of class so you are ready for the tests.
