    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in the field of kinesiology and health science. Not only is this course a great source for information on the topic, but my professor was genuinely there to help me. He will be a great resource to have once I am out in the field.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about the history and origins of physical education. We learned about the ancient Greeks and Romans views on physical activities and through each time period until the present day. We also learned a lot about the different areas of kinesiology and job opportunities in each one.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and make a good relationship with your professor. He is there to help you and will give you all the resources you need to succeed in his class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a very helpful class in trying to figure out what I wanted to do with Exercise Science. It is very informative and guiding.

    Course highlights:

I loved when professionals from different fields of work came and taled about their jobs and what it takes to get there.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study more than I did! Study groups are so helpful! Go to class and study quiz questions. Start studying early on in the semester.
