    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because he keeps the information relevant to to current issues and tries not to make it boring.

    Course highlights:

I learned that economics is a beast of a course but if you put in the time and effort it is fascinating. I knew the basics about economics but i was able to actually learn the correct terminology to describe things that are going on in the world today as well as in the past.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen closely to the lectures and make sure to review the open book/lecture quizzes thoroughly before taking the Exams. The book is ok and you will need to read it but the lecture and quizzes are more important for the Exams.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The only downfall of this class was the homework we had online at Cengage Learning. It wasn't the homework load, it was simply how the material was taught and the majority of the class struggled.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights of this course was watching other students Econ videos we had to make for a group project. I didn't just learn Econ, but I also learned it is very important to study every night and look all the material over.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't get one part of what the professor taught, get help ASAP. Econ piles on each other and you don't want to fall behind.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it's a good class to take as far as required credits go. There are some interesting and useful things I learned. I would not recommend it because there were several times when I felt that class time was waisted. The professor would keep unnecessary discussions going when I would have appreciated additional help with the material.

    Course highlights:

i had no knowledge about what economics going into this class, but it's a good introduction course and I learned a lot. We learned about the economy as a whole, the difference between micro and macro economics. We learned about the relationship between supply and demand, inflation and GDP. We learned several simple equations and how to apply them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read all the material. It's not hard as long as you put the time into the reading. My class also offered a lot of extra help and I would recommend attending several of those.
