Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great way to learn and understand the reason behind economics. Knowing this has and will help me plan on future purchasing and investing.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning about rise and fall in markets, GDP, recessions, and other commonly heard terms concerning our nation's economic status.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise that you do the reading and pay attention in class. You can easily overlook the reading, but when you do it becomes harder in the future.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was a really challenging course. It was hard for me to understand. His tests were never understandable as to what I needed to know for them. I never knew to study the book or the lectures.

    Course highlights:

I really liked how he described the things we were learning. His class was entertaining and he tried really hard to help us to be able to understand the material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book before class and have questions ready. He is good about answering questions. Also, go to the SI sessions. They really helped me to be able to understand the material and prepare for tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is fairly easy as long as you come to class and do all of the homework assignments/quizzes. Randy is very funny and loves to show interactive videos to keep us engaged in the material.

    Course highlights:

Highlights were when there was a swiss roll eating contest to demonstrate financial intermediaries. Also I really enjoyed the rap videos about economic principles.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework and quizzes! also be sure to study for the midterm because its pretty long.
