    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The structure of the class is set up very clearly. This is a class that will require your time and dedication in order to be successful. But when the dust has settled and you receive your final passing grade, you will feel a major sense of accomplishment.

    Course highlights:

It was very interesting to see how businesses use numbers in order to make very critical decisions for their respective companies. Without statistics, a company is practically "flying blind". The most important thing that I took from the course was that no matter how much you may know about business, you will not be successful unless you have the ability to crunch the numbers.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

If you are planning on, or are required to take this course; the best advice that I can give you is to understand each and every part of the material. I do not care if it takes all night. You must be able to understand what you are learning in order to apply that knowledge later in the course.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The structure is extremely organized and the clads is easy if you stay on top of things but the professor is Thai and her English can be difficult to understand. You have to go to recitation.

    Course highlights:

You will understand how Statistics can be useful in business.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just don't get behind because the class really builds from where you start

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is challenging and rewarding. It teaches you to critically think and when you are done, you feel very accomplished.

    Course highlights:

This course teaches you how to critically think and analyze data. It was challenging to remember the formulas and when to apply them. It makes you reflect on your English and reading skills as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of the recitation and office hours. Ask questions if you are having a difficult time understand the why's.
