    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course simply because it is required and easy. Professor Anderson is hard to understand at times and her grading criteria is all over the ball park. She gives instructions one way but grades the other way. Basically, work hard and visit her office hours and you will pass with an easy A.

    Course highlights:

Most of the course material I learned in high school including word, excel and powerpoint. I did however, learn more in depth concepts in excel that I previously was unaware of. The assignments are fun and easy. They are great practice for excel and powerpoint presentations. A great basic to have for the rest of school.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework early. She has all of the assignments up on canvas the first week of school. Do as many as you possibly can and work during class. She gives time for questions each class period. Take the work that you did before and ask questions on how to improve it. She will like you and help you out too.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course provided insight for many computer operations, but most importantly . The primary reason I would recommend this course is because it helps with formatting presentations, papers, and excel spreadsheets for other courses. Knowing excel and its procedures has helped me in my job.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning about Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I learned things that I didn't even know you could do. This course helped with citing sources and, overall, how to do less work when citing sources. I say this because Word can remember your sources and allow you to put them in later automatically.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention when she is demonstrating how to do something and take notes because later on those notes come in handy. Don't take the course to just brush it aside because it does help with other courses especially when formatting presentations and papers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was an excellent learning experience. You are taught many important things that can be very useful in the business world, or whatever career that you may go into in the future. It allows you to learn on your own, with the help of the professor if needed. It is hands on and I would highly recommend this course.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the experience. We learned so many useful things such as making and editing graphs, importing text from another source, creating tables, and so much more!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take your time completing assignments and make sure that you understand what you are doing because more than likely you are learning it because it shows up throughout many assignments and is very important.
