    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

What makes this course so special? It's the professor that loves what she does. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to find a new perspective on college writing. Yes, essays are required to pass the class, but the professor gives ample time to complete the essay and answer any questions or concerns.

    Course highlights:

If I could take one thing from English 2010, it would be constructing a thesis. Professor Clark did a phenomenal job helping each and every one of us to build a solid thesis that held strong throughout our papers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There are 3 essays required. My advice is to get it done, and get it done right. Take the time to read then re-read what you have wrote to verify that it is academic writing. What's even better is that the professor allows you to write about whatever topic you want, giving you the freedom to write about something that interests you. In the end, I found myself lost at my laptop writing about what I love.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend it because of the teacher. She doesn't just lecture, but she facilitates conversations within the class.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about how to write a research paper in college. I used to think college writing would be so hard, but the way she taught it made it much easier.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the reading. The reading is not hard, but it can provide valuable insights into critical reading and writing college information.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class prepares you to write papers and to effectively summarize. The only dislike I have is the theme of the course, which is monsters. I would rather be reading and researching a subject that I can relate more to my life and others.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was to see how much I have improved. My grades for my response papers have increased more and more every time.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should not procrastinate and always make sure you are doing your best.
