    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me a lot of things about microorganisms that I use on a regular basis, especially in food handling.

    Course highlights:

I gained valuable knowledge about the kind of organisms that are inside my body, and on everything I touch. I learned how to properly take care of food. I also learned the most efficient ways to care for different sicknesses without having to visit a doctor.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read and understand the textbook. When I took the class, questions were taken out of the book, but they were altered to make it so that I actually needed to understand the material I was learning, instead of simply memorizing it.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Be prepared to study and know your microbiology book. He does good with trying to help everyone understand with real life examples of how microbes affect our world. Go to class and read and *surprise* you will pass the class.

    Course highlights:

It was interesting to learn about the various illnesses and what we can do every day to prevent them. The early history of microbes was also cool to learn about, and how scientists were able to discover their existence.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book, and ask questions. If you need help, go up and ask him questions at the end of the day. Mr. Call is super personable and will try his best to help you understand.
