    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Heather was such great teacher and really incorporated good learning activities to help you understand your health and how to improve it. We had many class activities to help us improve our health and do better in school.

    Course highlights:

    We learned about our overall well being and health and how to be a happier healthier you. There were times guest speakers would come in and talk to us and/or we would meditate in class. She really tried to incorporate an activity with what we were learning in class which helped me learn and remember the material.

    Advice for students:

    Go to class and be interactive.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class to anyone even if you are not going into the health field. The reason behind that is, because the teacher is passionate, open, fun, engaging, and is there for you. I learned a lot about the body and key things that i needed to help make a difference in my life. She has you do group discussions and is open to hearing everyone's thoughts or experiences.

    Course highlights:

    My highlight in this course was when I got the chance to present on an issue i knew nothing about before hand. Body dis-morphia was the topic of my presentation which is not only thought to be in women, but many men suffer from it as well.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    My advice is putting the effort so you can get results out. Once you allow the class to actually help, you will tend to see that you are learning about your body, but also who you are as an individual.
