    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This course was highly effective! There may be concepts and activities that seem foreign or silly, but be willing to give it a shot because it could end up being the most effective tool for your personal stress management.

    Course highlights:

    Personally meditation and mindfulness were the major highlights of this course. For me these are my most effective stress management tools. I learned many stress management tools during this course, and I learned which tools were effective as well as which ones were not.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Keep an open mind and your most effective tools may be completely unexpected.

    This course teaches the many ways that we can avoid stress, also helps you be mindful about life and how you see the world.

    Course highlights:

    Relaxation exercises, mindful activities, many tools there are to help with stress, and how to cope with difficult situations in life.

    Go to class the lectures are awesome, keep up with homework, ask questions.
