    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend it because it taught me, obviously, things I didn't previously think about i.e. there's a difference between ethics and law.

    Course highlights:

You will learn a lot of things about contracts, the way courts decide different cases, the history behind why companies have to comply with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act), what happens if an associate is at work and gets held up at gun point, etc, etc. My best advice is that you won't remember every word you read, nor are you expected to do so. Do your best to take what you read and learn to work with you so you can ask your supervisor how your company complies with things such as SOX.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read, read and read not allowing distractions to prevent you from "reading." There are obstacles, but then there are excuses as well. Don't allow excuses, and work through your obstacles! As the old adage goes, "Quiters never win and winners never quit." Keeping affirming to yourself, "I can do this!!!" You will do just fine, you can do this. Remember, others have done it before and so can you!!
