This was my first course with this university and my first encounter with an online university. The material was relevant and engaging and it made retaining the material presented much easier for me.
I learned a lot about the misconceptions we all have about daily nutrition and what the actual amounts of different fats, vitamins, and cholesterols a person should intake.

Create flashcards to help with memorizing the amounts for the exam at the end. They are important and easy to forget.
