Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course contained information about our government and political system. It is important for every citizen to understand these basic concepts and be able to delve deeper into the understanding of how all areas of government work together. It is also important in today's political climate to understand how a political party works and how campaign contributions can affect the overall political campaign.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the details about the various court cases and how they have impacted our federal policies. Our Supreme Court has a tremendous impact that many do not realize. Their decisions set precedents for years to come and greatly impact how our Legislative Branch creates laws and policies.

    Advice for students:

Use the Study Guide and the Jeopardy Games that are provided. If you can answer the questions on these two resources correctly, you should be fine on the assessments. Application of principles is key.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was a great review of basic U.S. History and amazing coverage of our government. I took this class smack dab in the middle of the 2016 Presidential Election and I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the inner-workings of our government and was able to apply a ton of my newfound knowledge to the current events of that time. I really loved this course!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about the inner-workings of the U.S. government and was able to apply that learned information to much of the news stories and also discussions with friends.

    Hours per week:
